Jordan Goldstein

Jordan Goldstein is a sport historian/philosopher. He received his PhD in Kinesiology from Western University in 2016 and has taught at Wilfrid Laurier University since 2015. He recently published his first academic book, Canada's Holy Grail, about Lord Stanley's political motivations to donate the Stanley Cup for the national Canadian men's ice hockey championship in 1892. In 2021 he started Phya Academy, an education consulting and coaching business where he uses sport history and philosophy to help teams, coaches, athletes, and individuals uncover the deep meaning of sport to help them achieve goals on and off the field.
